Buongiorno’s iTouch provides its customers with a wide range of services which can be grouped
under three categories.
- information services - regular news updates, weather, sport, shareprices, horoscopes
- entertainment services - device personalisation (ring tones,wallpapers, logos etc) and games
- messaging services - voting, chat and promotions which are run on behalf of consumer brands and media partners.
Buongiorno’s iTouch builds its own consumer brands by extensively advertising services available
through its direct channel model but also offers ‘white-label’ mobile technology solutions to
corporates ("iBrand").
Buongiorno’s iTouch has built and strengthened relationships with some of the world’s leading
content brands (i.e. Zomba Records, Universal, EMI, Sony Pictures etc). iTouch acts as an aggregator and licensee for this content which is delivered via its mobile technology platform. The Group has a dedicated team in-house that sources and develops the mobile content and its extensive library now has more than 49,000 items. iTouch continues to build and maintain key content relationships with global media partners and pan-European carriers which, coupled with local market focus and expertise, enables the Group to successfully execute its focused marketing strategy and enhance its dynamic profile. iTouch also develops new channels to market such as operator and own branded portal communities available throughout the Group's countries.
